Narrow Stripe Men's Sock from Peter Jones. Supplied on their own hook, and presented with a tissue insert, to make them "crunch" when they first come out of the packet!
What more can I say? For those who are interested, these socks are
made on a fine gauge machine, using 70% mercerised cotton ( they
lightly singe the yarn with a flame to give it the special luster), backed with 30% nylon
for stretch and to add durability. From my days in the sock business
these are made on the most delicate of machines, to give a really
classy sock.

appearance on Dragons’ Den and particularly for his taste in bright and stripy
socks; the development of a range endorsed by him was an inevitable
step.
With a hand linked to as well of course to finish them off.
The hand linked toe is the Rolls Royce finish, as every loop is joined
with another fabric loop to give a seamless seam. (For those
interested, the standard method is to over lock, and this is what gives
the ridge.)
