  I would like to say well done for the outstanding way in which you and the Royal Mail dealt with my order, it arrived in good condition with all items correct and delivered to our quite isolated home by a Postman on foot, just 27 hours after I sent you the email order. All that in deep snow and ice. Dont think anyone is going to beat that are they.

  I have been wearing this brand of sock since 2000 but those bought in the last couple of years start to get holes on the top near the toes after just a few months. Please advise me if you are aware of this problem and are doing anything about it because the design is just what I want.

  Mr Armstrong. Indeed we are aware, I used to be responsible for making this sock in Belper, Derbyshire. The design has changed a lot since then, and yes it is thinner, but but also has more stretch, and is not so hot (in our centrally heated houses). The recent changes do add more strengh back into the heel and toe I believe.
