If you are having difficulty with something then please email us, or if it is in normal office hours 10-4 weekdays , please call. However, here are some answers to some questions we are frequently asked:

 

What if the suit does not fit, or the fabric is not what I expected?

We are happy to exchange or refund.  You can log into your account, go into the order, and select exchange or return from there, this has the advantage of filling in all the forms for you.  Any problems, give us a call, the number is on the website, we are here to help. 

 

I do not know what size I am.

We are happy to send you a tape measure if you don't have one. Alternatively you can have a look at the sizes of your current comfortable clothes and that will give a good indication for you. Don't forget it if is not right you can always send it back for an exchange or a refund.

 

How do I use your MySize Section?

First, you have to give us some basic details, like your size and other account information. Have a look here for more information.

 

Do you do a catalogue? 

No, sorry, it is one of the ways we keep our prices so low. If there is something on which you would like more information or something you would like that you cannot find, please contact us, on 01749 321141.

 

What do you do with my personal information?

We do not sell, lend, rent or any other form of passing on your details. They are your personal details, and we are a small private company that sells Menswear, not a media company that sells information. So, please feel secure, I treat your information with the same care and respect that I treat my own.
