  That we will deliver in 3 working days or less, unless specified as you buy. (around Christmas, the post can be unreliable, so please bear with us at times like this)

  That delivery is FREE in the UK.

  That we do FREEPOST returns on all Suits, Jackets, Trousers and Coats sold in the UK, so if won't cost you anything to send them back to us to try a different size.
• 
  That we do FREEPOST returns to send back all Suits, Jackets, Trousers and Coats for a full no quibble refund if you are not completely delighted with your purchase. (Please note we can't refund any extra Next day delivery postage costs). We will do this for up to 90 days from the original purchase date-- we'll even pay for the return postage. Restrictions apply, See details.

  That if you can't see what you want, please contact us, and we will try to help.

  110% Price Match: That if you see an equivalent product for sale, that is cheaper, with FREE delivery, FREEPOST returns, and FREE redelivery of a different size, within two weeks after the date we dispatch your order, let us know and we'll credit your original payment method for 110% of the difference.

Rupert the Tailor Items

• We have a perfect  fit guarantee,  with the suit made from your measurements and alterations available, we will get you your perfect suit.
• 
  We will get the items out to you as effectively and efficiently as possible, due to these items being made to order it could take up to 4 weeks. (2 weeks is possble, call us)
• 
  Delivery  costs are FREE within the UK
• 
  We  do FREEPOST  Returns on all items that need to be altered for the perfect fit. We  cannot take items back for a refund as the item has been tailor made for you.

If there are any problems with your order for either Rupert the Tailor or Ready to Wear, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know of the problem and to find a solution for you. We usually can! We hope you like our service.

 

Changes to our terms and conditions over Christmas:

Unlike certain high Street "houses" , we do not change our terms for Christmas, and we offer refunds, not credits to spend later! We want you to be happy with your shopping at SuitMen.
