Full front pleated Dress Shirt. with a fly front hiding the buttons, and a double cuff. The pleats are approximately 1.5pleats to the inch, (or 1 pleats in 2 cm).

The double cuff, means that the cuff is folded back on itself, making it stiffer, so it will hold its position better under your jacket, and it is only suitable for cuff links.
