This rating is harsh, to clarify, The service from Suitsman was excellent, tetesales lady very polite and friendly, took the order exactly how I wanted it, with I different delivery address to the invoice address, I know rhis by the confirmation email. You were let down though because TNT tried to deliver it to the invoice address, no one is there during the say so parcel was returned to depot and therefore alternative arrangements had to be made file delivery. Suitsman was very quick to refund the fee I paid for express delivery. Thank uou

Thank You for your feedback, it seems it was human error in the warehouse that led to the wrong address being put on the parcel. We try to rectify any problems as quickly as possible.

Exactly what I was looking for. Excellent quality and fit. Its difficult to judge the quality and weave of a white shirt on the pc as the white colour tends to block the contrast and detail on the screen, but when it arrived it was much better than I expected.
