Not sure what courier service you use, but item was left on our door step in full view. Fortunately It was still there when we arrived home from work

I'm sorry you were disappointed with the delivery. The cufflink box is sent with Royal Mail, your postman will know the area well, and must have made a judgement it would be safe to leave, rather than you having to pick it up from the local Post Office.
