issued an item i didnt ask for as item on web page not sold anymore and not removed from web page also told money would be refunded on the day I rang the company this was not done either had to chace for it

We thought that the wrong item had been sent out initially however on speaking with our supplier we learnt that they had changed the style without letting us know they no longer have covered buttons.
