(neck to cuff): From the top of the collar in middle of your back, to the end of the cuff with a straight arm.
Shirt Chest Size: Measure around fullest part of your chest. Keeping the tape just under your arms, extend around your shoulder blades, holding tape level.

The shirts is good,fits perfect however I'm not happy that on Paid an extra £9 for next day delivery after ordering on Friday and receiving my items on Tuesday

That is alot for next day delivery isn't it? I think it is becuase the shirt was bought through Amazon, and I might have the delivery wrong there for smaller items.
If you can call on monday, I am sure we can sort it out.
