Back Length: From the bottom of the collar to the hem of the garment.
Sleeve Length
(crown to cuff): From the top of the sleeve to the end of the cuff, with a straight arm.
Shirt Chest Size: Measure around fullest part of your chest. Keeping the tape just under your arms, extend around your shoulder blades, holding tape level.

I received an e-mail saying white wasn't available. I sent a reply saying that I'be be happy with any colour. I then received ano e-mail which said they'd send a suggested other colour. I sent a "that's fine" e-mail. I then received a white shirt. I'm happy but confused.
Our Response
Sorry for the confusion we had a early delivery of new white shirts. So managed to get your first choice sent rather that the Glacier alternative.
