So, I ordered my suit. I ordered 34r in the trousers, 40r in waistcoat and 42r in the jacket as that’s the sizes of my other suits. I got the waist coat on discount for buying the 2 piece suit, which was on sale it’s self. I paid the normal delivery which I think was £4.95 instead of the express service which was I think £9.95.
The next day my suit arrived with ups, amazing delivery service first of all... Suit is brilliant quality, however my jacket is way too big.
I called the contact number on the website, no hold music, no automated message I got straight through to a perfectly English speaking human being!! Who then pointed me in the right direction to make a return, I printed off the returns form and label, filled out the paperwork for my exchange and sent it off the next day.(I think this was a Friday)
By Tuesday the following week I had already received an email saying they had received my item and have dispatched a new jacket in 40r.
Thursday, my suit jacket arrives and fits perfectly!! I wore my suit for the first time the following Monday and it was perfect.
An amazing service all in all from suitsmen and easily the easiest and most reliable online company I have ever had to deal with!!! I just wish they had a bigger selection of other suits to chose from as I wouldn’t go anywhere else if they did!!Our Response
