  I would like to say well done for the outstanding way in which you and the Royal Mail dealt with my order, it arrived in good condition with all items correct and delivered to our quite isolated home by a Postman on foot, just 27 hours after I sent you the email order. All that in deep snow and ice. Dont think anyone is going to beat that are they.

  Hello. I have taken delivery of two clip on ties, which are hard to find from research online. I'm starting a new job on Monday, and I was naturally concerned that the items may be held up in a strike, but to my relief they arrived this morning.
