No contract is deemed to have occurred between you and SuitsMen until SuitsMen accepts your order by dispatching the goods. For avoidance of doubt, the contract is deemed to be carried out in England, and will be carried out in all respects in accordance with English law, and under the jurisdiction of English Courts. SuitsMen reserve the right to decline any transaction it deems to be fraudulent.
We take your privacy very seriously. We make sure that any information held is used in accordance with all applicable Data Protection rules. We never sell any customer details, including names, addresses, email addresses or telephone numbers to a third party. They are purely for our use if there is a query over your order.You may receive occasional emailing from us, if you choose to do so at the checkout. If you would like to remove yourself from this email list, please email us or log on to your account, and there you can adjust your preferences.
All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable at 20%.
If you are buying from outside the EU, then when you checkout VAT is deducted from the price that you pay, so your final total is likely to be less than the original price shown. However, you are responsible for any local duties or import taxes.
SuitsMen – Ready to Wear returns
We understand that sometimes goods need to come back, and we aim to make this as straightforward as possible. We have a no quibble returns and refund policy.
We will refund your money in full, if you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, or exchange any item, without question, on UK orders. (Please note we can't refund next day delivery postage - unless of course we are late in our delivery!) We only ask that you return the item to us unused and with the original labels and packing, and not damaged in any way. We guarantee you can buy with confidence, so in the unlikely event of the item becoming faulty after use, we will also refund you . This does not affect your Statutory rights. For orders delivered outside the UK, we do not refund postage cost on returned items, and you will have to send the item back at your own cost, as the FREEPOST address is not applicable outside the UK.
For all UK orders, we offer FREEPOST returns, so it won't cost you anything to send the goods back for a different size, or for a full refund. You will have a freepost returns form emailed with your purchase confirmation, just let us know on the form what you would like us to do. We will accept goods back up to 3 months after the original order, provided they are in the original packaging, unworn, and with labels intact.
However, for large orders of over 15 items, we can only accept products for return within 14 days of the receipt date. Defective product may be exchanged for the same item. Non-defective product returns are subject to a 15% restock fee on large orders.
Rupert the Tailor returns
All of our products from Rupert the Tailor are individually made to order, therefore we cannot accept the items back for a refund.
We can accept items back that need to be altered for the perfect fit. Anything that cannot be altered will be replaced.

SuitsMen does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use SuitsMen only with involvement of a parent or guardian. SuitsMen and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
