Neck
Measure a shirt that fits you well in the collar. Lay the collar flat, measure from center of top collar button to end of buttonhole. Number of inches equals your neck size.
Chest
Measure around fullest part of your chest. Keeping the tape just under your arms, extend around your shoulder blades, holding tape level.
Sleeve
Bend arm slightly at elbow, measure from center back of neck, over shoulder and down outside of arm to your wrist. Number of inches equals your sleeve length.
Waist
Measure just below waist (keeping one finger between tape and body), at the height you normally wear trousers.

I would like to say well done for the outstanding way in which you and the Royal Mail dealt with my order, it arrived in good condition with all items correct and delivered to our quite isolated home by a Postman on foot, just 27 hours after I sent you the email order.
